Worship

Worship at Bethlehem Lutheran Church is founded on the verbally inspired inerrant Word of God. The Word is heard and sung through the historic liturgy and hymns as found in the new Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod hymnal (LSB) or the Hmong Lutheran hymnal produced by Concordia Publishing House (CPH).  Both hymnals are rich in hymn texts that teach the faith, while focusing on the cross of Jesus Christ.  Also, the liturgies keep worshipers focused on receiving God's free gifts (forgiveness of sins, life and salvation) received by anyone who has faith in Jesus Christ.

The Means of Grace (the Word, baptism and the Lord's Supper) are the basis in which the Holy Spirit works to create and sustain faith in people.  Therefore, the Means of Grace are the central focus of every service at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Bethlehem has a long history of being "a singing church."  On any given Sunday, worshipers sing the liturgy and hymns with gusto as the beautiful organ leads the singing.

The pastors and members of Bethlehem Lutheran Church welcome everyone to join us in worship.  The English service begins at 9 am, while the Hmong service begins at 11:15 am.

May the Lord bless all who hear the Word of God and believe it!
