Pastor Krueger was born in Minneapolis, MN and raised in Scott County, near Jordan, MN.  His father was a farmer.  As a youth he was active in church activities and 4-H.  He attended Synodical schools in St. Paul, Minnesota;  Fort Wayne, Indiana, and he graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Springfield, Illinois in 1971.

After ordination, he served as a missionary at large for the Minnesota North District at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Kakabeka Falls, Ontario Canada.  He served Concordia Fairhaven and St. John’s Kimball Minnesota from 1973-1981.  In 1981, he accepted the call to St. Paul, and he has been serving Bethlehem Lutheran Church since that time.

Pastor Krueger is married to Linda Pieper from Jordan, MN and they have three sons and seven grandchildren.  Dr. Robert and Rachel live Woodbury, MN.  Rob is the chairman of the College of Math and Science at Concordia University St. Paul.  Scott and Danielle live in Ripon, Wisconsin.  Scott teaches special education at the Ripon Middle School. Pastor Raddatz was born in Sturgis, MI to Rev. Ronald and Mary Raddatz.  In 1990, the family moved to Wisconsin after his father accepted a call to serve as pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church in Kaukauna (7 miles north of Appleton).  Pastor Raddatz's schooling included, Trinity Lutheran School, Fox Valley Lutheran High School and Martin Luther College (WELS), in New Ulm, MN, where he began studies to be a pastor.

Upon graduation, he made the difficult decision to join the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS) and continue studies at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne (CTS).  His year of vicarage or internship was spent in the inner city of Baltimore serving four churches as part of a district funded “urban vicarage.”  In 2006-2007, the last year of seminary, Pastor Raddatz was privileged to serve as the president of the student mission society and also be selected to participate in the Mercy Mission Expedition to Madagascar for ten days.

Pastor Raddatz was installed at Bethlehem Lutheran Church on August 5th, 2007.
