Board of Lay Ministry
The nature of the duties of this board requires that only men noted for their Christian commitment, faithful worship and communion attendance shall serve. The board consists of eight members, including Bob Van Gundy. The basic objectives of this board are the spiritual welfare of the pastor(s) and the congregational members, individually and corporately, and the supervision of everything pertaining to congregational worship.

Board of Evangelism
The board consists of five members. The board is to carry out four main objectivest; 1) The bringing of the Gospel to the unchurched; 2) The enlistment of all of God’s people in the work of spreading the Gospel; 3) The deepening of faith and activity of the members of Bethlehem’s congregation; 4) Proper soul-accounting at all times.
The board of evangelism has many responsibilities so that the four objectives listed above may be carried out. The responsibilities include: assist the pastors in proclaiming the Gospel to all men, foster a climate of evangelism that encourages members informally and spontaneously to share Christ with one another, maintain an ongoing visitation program, be responsible for a program of community relations that identifies the congregation with the Gospel of Christ, canvass the congregation’s area, be genuinely concerned for those moving into the community and be responsible for public relations

Board of Fellowship
The board consists of four members, Alice Ray, is the director. The board has three basic objectives. They are as follows: 1) strengthening of the fellowship between the congregation members spiritually and socially; 2) the integration of new members into the life of the congregation; 3) the general building up of mutual cooperation, trust, and enjoyment among the members of Bethlehem

Board of Church Properties
The board of properties consists of 9 men. The board has three main objectives. 1) proper maintenance and repair of the church property; 2) representation of the congregation in all legal matters; 3) the general protection of the congregation against loss or damage of whatever nature.
In order that the three objectives listed above may get carried out the board will make an annual inspection and annual inventory of church properties. The duties are many and work large in nature.

Board of Christian Education
The board of education consists of called teachers of JOY Preschool, the Sunday School Superintendent, delegate from ESPL Joint School Board, delegate(s) from Concordia Academy, a delegate from Birch Lake Camp, a member from JOY Preschool and Childcare and the member-at-large from the congregation.
The board plans and administers the total education program of the congregation. They also determine policies and select personnel for the various programs.

Youth Ministry
The vision for Youth Ministry at Bethlehem brings young people together as a community of God's people. Bethlehem’s Youth are active in bible study, service projects and fellowship activities (movie night, soup suppers during Advent & Lent, etc.). Students in grades 7-12 are encouraged to participate.
Bethlehem’s Youth meet every Sunday morning between services. The Youth Group participates in bible study and discussion. The Youth do various fundraising opportunities throughout the year. This gives the youth funding for youth gathering trips and other such opportunities.
