The Census numbers provided data is to be used to assist our understanding of the conditions of ethnic families in America.  this publication was meant to serve as a vehicle for further discussion about the progress, current needs, and future of our neighboring friends.

B. Children

 I. Vacation Bible School Every summer, Bethlehem opens its doors to the East St. Paul community for Vacation Bible School.  This is an opportunity for the children of St. Paul to learn more about Christ as their Savior.  During a typical day of VBS, children will have a Bible lesson, Bible Challenge, Arts and Crafts, Music and Outdoor Activity – all centered on the Love of Christ.  For further information, please contact the church office at 651.776.4737. 

II. Harvest Festival  Parents and children, join Bethlehem members and neighbors for Harvest Festival during late October.  

 

You will experience the best traditions from Halloween and Thanksgiving celebrations in one event.  Children and adults can dress up in costumes, eat food, play games for prizes and end the evening by trick-or-treating to different classrooms.  The fellowship hall will be decorated with Halloween and Thanksgiving decorations.  Bethlehem’s youth will organize the games. The food will be made in line with Halloween and Thanksgiving.  

III. Easter FaireSunday School & Church Fellowship have been sponsoring Bethlehem’s Easter Faire since the spring of 2001.  The Easter Faire is held on the Saturday before Palm Sunday from 10 a.m. – 12 noon.  It is held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, for children Preschool – Grade 4 and is a free event.  This exciting children’s ministry provides a morning of Christ-centered craft activities, an egg hunt, a special children’s Easter video, egg coloring, prizes and much more.  Please join us next Easter.
