 The Divine Service and church picnic will be at Battle Creek Park, in the large pavilion, off McKnight and Lower Afton Road. The Service begins at 10:00 am. Please bring lawn chairs to sit on.The Board of Fellowship will provide the meat and buns, members and friends are encouraged to bring a dish and/or dessert, plus any beverages you would like.
Alice Ray, Chairperson of the Board of Fellowship, has provided a sign-up sheet located in the back of church (it will also be passed around the Adult Bible Class) so we can attempt to havfe equal portions of salads, desserts, fruit, and other items for the picnic.
Also, if you live near the park and can come early, it would be helpful to the Board of Fellowship and Pastor as tables need to be wiped down and other things need to be set up and moved around.
