Each year Bethlehem hosts the neighborhood’s National Night Out block party.  It is coordinated with the Dayton’s Bluff Community.

Dayton’s Bluff Community Council
The Dayton’s Bluff Community Council is a non-profit corporation providing numerous services and programs primarily to enrich the diverse residents of the   Dayton’s Bluff area.  It is one of the 19 councils within the   Saint Paul District Council System.  The Council works to advocate and to promote recreational, housing, educational, economic, and social opportunities that improve the quality of life within the Dayton’s Bluff area.
