• Would you like to take out the word about Vacation Bible School? Pastor and members of Bethlehem will be handing out flyers on Wednesday, June 15th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Teams of two to three will go out.
• Would you like to volunteer in any way during Vacation Bible School? There are openings in the area of Registration or simply welcoming and directing. In these positions, you would arrive at church by 8:15 am and are free to leave by 9:45 am. Weather-permitting, registration will be handled in the front of the school building on the sidewalk.
• Do you have ideas for snacks? If so, please write them down and hand your list of ideas to Pastor Raddatz or Margie Hobbs. This is one of the final preparations for Vacation Bible School. Pastor has observed that snacks bought in bulk are the cheapest and easiest to handle.
• Would you like to be a “runner?” A runner is someone who is free throughout the day to do small things or may help distribute snacks at the appropriate time in conjunction with the ladies serving lunch. This position is very important. Two or three persons would be great! Please see Pastor Raddatz, if you are interested.
